What do I need to bring?
1. Valid Michigan fishing license (Click on link to purchase online)- Required for those 17 years old or older. One day licenses are available.
2. Soft-soled shoes
3. Sunglasses
4. Camera- Please place camera in a waterproof bag.
5. Sunscreen
6. Rainwear- For protection against rain and boat spray.
7. Extra warm clothes- Keep in mind, it is always cooler on the water.
8. Food and drink- Please bring the minimum amount of food and drink to get you through the day. Make food simple and clean to eat. Glass bottles are not allowed on the boat. Please bring plastic bottles with screw caps or cans.
9. 1 small cooler for food and drink
10. Sea sickness prevention medication- Some need to be taken prior to getting on the water.
11. Cooler for fish- Please leave large coolers in your vehicle.
12. A positive attitude and an adventurous spirit (very important in fishing)
